Q. Which size should I buy for my dog?

A.  Check our sizing chart for an adorable drawing on how to measure your dog.  But the basics are: you need the height and the length of your dog.  Don't worry about the weight -- we've got you covered.  Buy the smallest bag that is tall enough and long enough for your dog. So if your dog is short but long, size up to the bag that is long enough.

Measure height to base of neck. Measure length from base of neck to base of tail.

Small: Height - up to 8", Length - up to 10"
Medium: Height - up to 12", Length - up to 13" 
Large: Height - up to 15", Length - up to 16"

Q. What is your shipping policy?

A. All domestic US shipping is included.  International shipping will be priced at our cost (typically between $33 and $45).

 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from date of delivery.  All items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.  Items must be free from pet hair to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return shipping is at customer's expense. Please include a printout of your order confirmation with all items being returned or exchanged.

Please email us and let us know what you're sending back at cs@houndingaroundshop.com.  And while you're at it, let us know why you're returning the product, so we can improve your experience.  In the case of an exchange, please clearly indicate what item, size, and color you are exchanging for. Exchanges are subject to inventory.     

 

Q. Do you guys have sales or discount coupons?

A. No, we do not discount items, so you can trust you are always getting the best price for our top-quality bags.

 

Q: I am interested in carrying your totes in our store.  How can we order?

A: Reach out to us at wholesale@houndingaroundshop.com and let's talk about it.  We may be able to offer custom colors or other modifications for you.
